Yeah,.. ,..that is the question hey,..

I reakon my method comes close to actually opening all the "Chakras " up at once,...but using vizulization might make it work better ? Reiki etc etc,...that Chi Goo summary stuff,...is ok,... it came from the last page of the "Dragon Tiger Classic Taoist Alchemy" summary book,.. ( obviously u don't to eat steel cornflakes, or even ciniibar and loadstone,..or even colidal minerals ),....anyway they talked of taking Chi from objects at fixed cycles through the year. They were from the Shing Chien Dynasty. Personnaly i think learning the cycles conflicts with the 30 day moon cycle standard cycle, saying to do something for 30 days, makes it become automatic,.....i know just one meridian but have seriously considered learning the rest since they do say,..

I even have a chart here with how each of the music notes A to G, are supposed to link with "Chakras" and perhaps, inspire or heal each of these "Chakra" areas.

My Mums sister, used to be a school Vice Principle, but now retired, helps out at the Spiritualism church and Hospis (cancer care). I go once every few years. She felt the Chi actually move in her body, no one else has. Basically just flower readings and all that sort of stuff.

Shes good at it too,.. like 30 flower readings per 1/2 hr. She also does healing via the phone for ppl overseas, and runs her own mediation course, just basic color therapy. I make her brochures and business cards.
